PERSONAL NEEDS

“But my God shall supply your every need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus.” – (Phil 4:19)

For the remaining time of Daniel Fast 2020, we shall focus on those things that are a hindrance to our progress and our peace.

You may be seeking a breakthrough or some guidance on specific issues. The issue may be pain of the heart or body. The needed answer may be slow in coming, or you don’t see a way out.

Maybe the needs seem to far outweigh the reality you’re living in. You’ve lost hope, feel alone in the struggle, and the weight of stress seems too hard to keep shouldering.

Whatever the need – physical, spiritual, social, financial, emotional – God’s Truth reminds us that He’s is able, faithful and willing to help us.

This is our confidence: “For the eyes of the Lord are toward the righteous , And His ears attend to their prayer , But the face of the Lord is against those who do evil.” – (1 Pet 3:12)

God is with us. He is working out to bring a solution to our problems even when we don’t see it.

God is with us, leading us, guiding us, loving us, providing for us — all with His unlimited resources (Isa 43:1-3).

We need to be open to God and to trust Him. We need, by faith, to receive what He has for us. It is essential we realize how much He loves us and that He has a good plan and purpose for us.

Let us commit today to pray for one another. As we share our needs, take some moment and pray for those specific needs. It’s very comforting to know that someone is praying for you. The Lord is faithful and just; He will do what He promises to do.
